Please review these Terms of Use carefully prior to commissioning or utilizing services provided by Healers Global. By requesting flight quotes, booking medical air charters, or retaining medical escort services, you accept and agree to be bound by these provisions.

1. Medical Clearance & Fit-to-Fly Determination

All patient transport missions are strictly contingent upon medical clearance issued by treating physicians and our aeromedical flight medical director. The commanding flight physician reserves the ultimate authority to modify transport plans, altitude profiles, or in-flight interventions based solely on patient vital stability and aviation safety.

2. Airspace & Civil Aviation Authorizations

Flight dispatch times are subject to civil aviation landing permits, diplomatic overflight approvals, slot availability, weather conditions, and runway operability. While Healers Global works around the clock to expedite emergency humanitarian clearances, civil aviation authority delays remain beyond the operational control of any charter operator.

3. Bed-to-Bed Transportation Scope

Where contracted, bed-to-bed service covers the direct dispatch of authorized advanced life support (ALS) ground ambulances to and from the tarmac. The receiving hospital admission and bed reservation must be formally confirmed prior to aircraft departure.

4. Luggage & Accompanying Passengers

In accordance with strict aviation weight-and-balance regulations and life-support equipment installation, patient companion seating is limited (typically 1 family member). Baggage is restricted to soft carry-on bags unless prior clearance is granted by flight operations.

5. Payment, Insurance & Direct Billing

All private charter arrangements require advance financial clearance or an irrevocable Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from an approved international assistance insurer or government agency prior to aircraft wheels-up.
